Troop Horses have been a vital part of GGAA for over 50 years!
Troop Horses are GGAA-owned, so families that aren’t able to commit to purchasing or leasing can still give their daughters a chance to develop a strong relationship with one special horse. Troop Horses also allow girls the chance to work with different types of horses to find the best fit in temperament and riding style. Should they choose to purchase or adopt a horse of their own later on, they will have a much better understanding of what they are looking for in an equine partner.

Alumni Memories: “I’ve always believed her to be a special mare for one because she took care of her previous owner when she was ill, but two because somewhere on her (I think her side) she has a heart. I have a theory that horses with hearts are special. She LOVES to trot and was just always a gentle soul.” Alumni Tabi (2012-2016)
